About the Missionaries
Marty and Linda Martin have been serving in the Philippines for over eighteen years on the central islands of Samar and Leyte. Their church is located in Julita, Leyte and is appropriately named “A New Dawn”. The Martins work alongside their church leadership team of three national pastors to reach their community through home Bible studies, children’s ministry, and teaching at the local bible college. They also offer a spiritual and leadership covering to several churches up through the island of Samar.
Marty and Linda believe in doing Kingdom work with other believers in the Philippines and often team up with other churches and missionaries to hold evangelistic crusades, youth camps, and pastor training conferences. Crosswalk Church has sent several short term mission teams to the islands of Leyte, Negros, and Samar.
