Core Classes

God wants you to take your next step spiritually.  That could mean getting baptized, committing to digging into the Bible each day, discovering how God wants to use you to help others, or just learning more about God’s plan for your life.

Core classes are offered once per quarter.  If you are intersted in signing up, please tell us on your connection card during church service or contact Linda Jackson.

Class 101 – Membership

This basic introduction to our church family is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is all about.  Learn about our Vision and Core Values, the structure of the church and discover the meaning of membership.

Teacher:  Pastor John Christie

Class 201: Maturity

Keep the conversation with Jesus growing.  Get closer to God by regularly studying His teachings.  In this class, we will look at the Bible, Prayer, and other core habits that help us mature in our walk as Christians.

Want to go deeper?  It’s all here.

Class 301: Ministry

Help someone.  It’s that simple.  Serve at the homeless shelter, help in the nursery, make coffee.  In this class we look at how God uses our spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, personality, and experiences in serving others.  Make a habit of serving others and you’ll be surprised by the good it does you.

Class 401: Ministry

Tell your story.  Share your testimony with someone else.  In this class, we look at becoming travel guides and spiritual mentors helping others on their journey.  Recognize your own authenticity and show someone the grand story of God.
